- Supply4less will accept returns within 60 days of the invoice date.
- Requests for product returns must be made in writing and receive approval from Supply4less before replacement merchandise or a credit memo can be issued. To avoid delays, do not ship returns until this process is complete.
- In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
- Freight and handling charges on returns of mistakenly ordered goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
